The company is registered without paying any stamp duty on its Memorandum and Articles. On registration the Association enjoys all the privileges of a limited company, and is subject to all its obligations, expect, OPC Registration those in respect of which exemption by a special or general order is granted by the Central Government. A licence may be granted by the Central Government under Section 25 of the Act on such OPC Registration conditions and subject to such regulations as it thinks fit and those conditions and OPC Registration regulations shall be binding on the body to which the licence is granted. The Central Government may direct that such conditions and regulations shall be inserted in the Memorandum, or in the Articles, or partly in the one partly in the other.
